This is getting out of control the shooting of unarmed men , yet the media needs to not emphasize the man was bipolar the cops didn’t know that yet they could have discovered that if they actually tried to communicate with the victim before shooting him

The only obvious fact about this now is that yet another Black man faced deadly force by the Police. The dead man had not physically hurt anyone, nor had he committed a crime that the responding officers were aware of. No assessment... only bullets.
