You’re the first, I’m not gonna lie if a candidate demonstrated these qualities I’d snap him up but certs pffft, entry level ...nah, this list of requirements will push most away that think they can do a % and those that can ...ain’t doing it at entry level, thus it’s bullshit

Is it just me, or is this kind of thing very common when listing entry-level infosec/devops roles? I see this a lot and it’s quite frustrating.
