Nobody has “natural immunity” to clostridium tetani. If you don’t have a tetanus shot, and you get this infection. You will die.

Absolutely. The price for vac immunity is a nasty needle, whereas the price for natural immunity is lovely natural sickness and death. Good thing about death is that you will never get any more infections of anything, and you don’t spread infection either. Worked for plague.
