Reevaluated "before October 1" is as precise at Dr. Gayles can be? When will the directive be reevaluated? (tomorrow?) What what will be reevaluated? What, precisely, do the numbers need to be to open schools?

Re-evaluated based on what? Is there a “magic” number? We are considering it safe to open businesses so the economy thrives it should be considered safe for kids to go to school to get an education.
