Her friends left her alone at a bar Thursday night, then she got in the car of a stranger at 2am and was never seen again. Don’t be like Samantha’s friends. NEVER leave a friend, always do a buddy system when you go out & don’t let your girlfriends get in the car of a stranger!!

Jassy Correia’s friends left her alone at the club and she ended up murdered. I hate to hear friends leave friends behind! It’s just not safe!
-
How were they able to just comfortably leave her alone!? Hell no. We come together, we leave together.
-
Exactly! You never leave a friend to fend for herself at 2am, esp while drinking!
-
I had a "friend" who did that to me 1. I no longer talked to her afterwards 2. A guy who took me to his home and actually slept on the couch, became my good friend Win-win But this story could have had a very different ending

I’m so glad you’re okay

Why? Why? Would she get into a strangers car at 2:00 am? Where were her friends? Very sad! RIP young lady.
-
Fuck your victim blaming bullshit.
-
I wrote this before it was known that she thought it was her ride. It was just a question because it didn’t make sense. Wasn’t blaming her. You sure know how to twist things.
-
I don’t think you can blame anyone except for the guy who murdered her. Could it have been avoided... sadly yes but so many factors go into it. We don’t know the whole story. Maybe her friends shouldn’t have left her but what if they said they were leaving and she fought to say..
-
That’s the only fact that matters and we can expect other people to take care of us so we need to all be weary and cautious for our own lives. Stop blaming the victim and stop blaming the people who just happen to be in the story. Blame the person who killed in cold blood. Damn.

So who was driving the black Impala from the ride share? Clearly the main suspects to this case.

http://www.live5news.com/2019/03/30/cpd-searching-missing-year-old-usc-student/ … info on the driver here
-
Oh man so even if she quickly realized he wasn’t her uber he had the child safety locks on an she couldn’t get out
-
Do car sharing services prohibit drives from using child safety locks while on duty.

He was not the Uber Driver. He pretended to be one. Ride-sharing is really dangerous. We grew up to not talk to strangers and do not enter cars with people we don’t know. In 2019 everyone just hops into to cars with complete strangers.

What? The issues her friend left her alone when she was drunk could've happened to a guy as well? I think youre not seeing the or reading it properly
-
But she never said that it couldn’t happen to a guy..(?) She stated that a woman even needing to be in groups to keep safe is ridiculous, should be able to be safe right from the start. But no one said that it couldn’t happen to a guy
-
Okay, youre right she didnt but she did make it sound like the fact a woman not being safe is a gender issue, it didnt sound like a human life issue a gender neutral issue, it sounded female specific, which then turns it away from the issue that the girl was left alone.
-
it is a gender issue? read studies? Ever wondered why girls stick together even when going to the bathroom at highschool? Or why they dont go out at night alone? Or why they feel unsafe when any man passes them? Ofc men experience this too, but its mostly a female problem?
