I was confused why the registers were such long hex numbers... then I realized the "0b" was a binary prefix

the format spec i printed %cr0 and %cr3 with is supposed to always print the low 32 bits, printing zeros if they're unset, so i was very surprised that %cr0 was two characters longer than %cr3...turns out in long mode, the high 32 bits *aren't* "always zero", they're "reserved"
