my friend who “survived” said he wished he was dead for the two weeks he suffered through it and still has weirdo leftover symptoms
-
My friend had a crazy fever for TWENTY NINE DAYS. I asked afterwards how she didn't go crazy, and she said the good part is she was so delirious she doesn't remember most of it. That's the good part? What I can't get over is that that's, medically speaking, a MILD case.

Breaking an arm, I'm guessing, has a 99% survival rate. It is still worth avoiding thanksgiving where my cousin that likes to tackle me and throw me across the room
