    Please tell me. Why do you keep disregarding what your ticket confirmation email clearly states? In future, how are we expected to know for sure what we are buying when buying Delta but carried by KLM?

    I cannot believe the arguments I am getting! Really?! I buy Delta, pay the agreed price, but too bad the flight is operated by KLM? Your purchase confirmation clearly shows the bag allowance.

    There is obviously some error. The purchase confirmation clearly states I have one free checked bag for the IAD-AMS leg. You cannot disregard what your own reservation system has sold me. This isn’t a matter of “Sorry, we have checked now. You don’t have the bag privilege.”

    Hello ! You sold me a ticket that includes one checked bag free of charge on Feb 2 from IAD to AMS. But your codeshare partner operating the flight refuses to redeem that procured privilege. How do we resolve this?

    And all of government procurement. In every country. Laden with the additional burden of spending on behalf of taxpayers. This problem is more acute with services. It’s why we’re exploring design for procurement as its own practice.
