    Still no custom mailto: handler in iOS 11 then? Maybe nobody at Apple knows how to implement it. I understand it's super complicated.

    If true, spoils it somewhat. But I can always disable WMO as necessary. The debug cycle time savings are too important.

    This *actually* worked. Same test, compile time went from two minutes to ~12 seconds.

    The context is this is a 376 swift file target. And for sure I have not enjoyed the debug cycles. I hope Swift 4 smartens up here.
