Millennials seem to have a difficult time w/ conflict bc they’ve been so sheltered. That manifests itself especially when something gets called out in plain English for what it is like when The Donald tweets & libtard outrage moons. You’re doing great. Don’t change.

Layers in network determine levels in a packet. HTTP is inside TCP is inside IP is inside ... To be a layer 2 bitcoin solution, it needs to be onchain and in script Lightning is like IPX was to IP... an utterly separate system and not a layer

To grow this team I would just talk to coworkers and convince them to join the new team. It would be an organic process. At each step I would get feedback about the idea. If it's a good idea, people will follow. I would have to be persistent, and good at selling the idea.

If I was at a wealthy and powerful self organizing company with all the things I now know, I would have to immediately start a team and grow it then attack some important problem. You can organically do that at a self-organizing firm. You can't just do that at a hierarchical firm

SelfOrganizingCo teams do compete for resources. Some teams were absolutely awesome places to work. They got out of the way and you could get tons of shit done quickly. Internal competition for resources is healthy. The workers will gravitate to well-ran professional teams.

And pretty much any economic school of thought. To think that there is something to be achieve by having market participants covet saving over participation in the markets is asinine. I don't believe he is a professor of economics from any reputable school

Saifedean does not address me but as I understand he argues that a sound money would inspire "low time preference" aka savings. He goes on to suggest this a better result than the Keynesian high time preference money which inspires consumption this flies in the face of Smith

SelfOrganizingCo workers who actively communicate with customers, developers or media are more valuable. Don’t just sit in your office pecking away on something. Be social and communicate with your customers.
