You mean like this? I’d classify it as “chiclet.” I agree that the definitions are blurry, but the crucial distinction for me was that the Japanese one felt like a computer keyboard/numeric keypad, and I’ve never seen this before.pic.twitter.com/h9DLdCU966
Did you notice that JP ATM pinpads are layed(laid?) out as computers', with the 1 on bottom left, where as in Europe/US, they are layed out as calculators, with the 1 on top left ? "Why the hell does it say that my pincode is wrong ?!?"
I’m not sure! Look above. It’s a Japanese keypad in the 1-at-the-top orientation. Are others different?
