And so, I want to be more angry, and I want to shape my anger to be useful (and not just to me) and constructive. I am also recognizing that my voice is heard in some places, and anger/candor can be the right thing to carry with that voice.

This is new and really uncomfortable to me, particularly as I’ve seen people corrupted by anger and frustration. Calibrating all this is likely to take the rest of my life.
