So, the people writing that original note - You say that they were from an „institution“ that used to work with DIN on that keyboard. Are they (the people at this institution) more interesting for You? Or is DIN (the German ISO body) and their work more relevant to You?

I can try to see next week if I can figure out anything relating to PR or something at DIN. Probably look at their web site , or call them. Or might be able to find somebody who knows someone working there - but it is a huge institution, not sure how far that might lead.
