I once read through GEs brand guidelines. They're very specific on what you can call their logo. It's "the monogram" and at no point should it be called a "meatball". It's "The Monogram".
Peacedroid was probably created for a specific set of marketing campaigns & not intended for use outside of them, certainly not by partners.
Ah. I guess people liked it and wanted to used it elsewhere, too?
