If you speak a language other than English, what would you call “touch typing” and “hunt and peck” (two-finger typing)?

In Brazil we also call two fingers typing as "catar milho", meaning "collecting corn"

I would go with the later, as it is used on light jokes and people usually aren't offended by it.
