If you speak a language other than English, what would you call “touch typing” and “hunt and peck” (two-finger typing)?

In Japanese it's either "touch type" or "blind touch" (both English). Hunt-peck is "1-finger hitting style" (hitting style as in baseball).

Wait, what do you mean by “both English”?

Both terms use English words. タッチタイピング (touch typing) and ブラインドタッチ (blind touch). Hunt and peck is 一本指打法 (1 finger striking method).

Not a native speaker, but I've also heard the term 雨だれダイビング ("raindrop typing")
