If you speak a language other than English, what would you call “touch typing” and “hunt and peck” (two-finger typing)?

German I know "10 finger system" and (maybe not common) "eagle searching system" because striking from up high.

The 'Adler-Such-System' definitely harkens from the old Triumph-Adler machines (I learned to touch-type on one).

Do you know why Adler the brand is attached to two fingers, rather than ten fingers? Seems like a negative connotation.
