If you speak a language other than English, what would you call “touch typing” and “hunt and peck” (two-finger typing)?

Which language and locale is this, and what does the first word/expression mean?

Traditional Chinese / Taiwan. It means use one finger at the time. may be a bit sarcastic as it would direct translate to "one finger magic"
