If you speak a language other than English, what would you call “touch typing” and “hunt and peck” (two-finger typing)?

I'm sure I once had a typewriter made by Adler. (Ok I'm old). Any connection?

Maybe
@daszeiserl@broennimann@sanddrn can weigh in if there’s a definite connection?2 replies 0 retweets 0 likes -

That would be the Triumph-Adler typewriters. Don't think there's a linguistic connection. Company's still there (no typewriters though).

There's apparently a possible connection acc to wiki bc the early Adler machines made 10-finger-typing more difficult.
