@GlennF Medium insists on curly quotes—it won't let me have straight ones unless I make a monospaced paragraph, which is bad for inline code

2 small bugs: if I copy/paste a code run it puts extra spaces round it. If I delete the last char and type a " I get an ”

Would you mind sharing specific repro steps for those two code issues? I cannot reproduce.
