You can add location information to your Tweets, such as your city or precise location, from the web and via third-party applications. You always have the option to delete your Tweet location history. Learn more
One idea might be making sure that reopening the form keeps the fields as they were. Browsers like Chrome do that on crash to preserve user-entered data; it feels like a nice gesture towards the user, and wouldn’t feel surprising in a negative way.
