@mwichary Saved this one from the garbage today. No labels on it, but has rather unusual keys. Like FUNK, a : < smiley, Roman numerals up to Ⅳ, ß, and the Dutch sounding "EXTRA TEKEN". Connector looks like a phone one. Probably from a terminal, is my guess. What do you reckon?

It's a Unix terminal keyboard for a British publishing company that had a branch office in Germany. ;) I don't recognize it, but custom keys per company were common in the 80s and this seems to have a few. The roman numeral keys are like the ones on the space cadet keyboard.

Maybe you can find it on: https://deskthority.net/wiki/Category:List_of_all_keyboards … Also, Function in German is (Funk)tion, so it seems like a German keyboard. The horizontal dots above the "other caret" are probably are used for composing umlaut characters.

Thanks! Couldn't find it with a quick rummage through that site, but will investigate. I'll open it to see if there's any clues inside! (cc @mwichary)

You might just contact the people running the site. You might have a one of a kind that they are hoping to add to their database. You might find out more by carefully opening the keyboard.

Great suggestion! https://deskthority.net/viewtopic.php?p=465304#p465304 … Looks like it belongs to a MAI Basic Four terminal.
