That's pretty bad... did you just enable syncing? If so, it might be syncing all your photos/videos? Maybe there is a way to sync just the one video? Or you could upload via desktop?

That’s the problem – I don’t know what it’s doing. But it only has this new video and some old stuff that has been in my Google Photos forever.
