Thanks! I saw that brochure one time – it’s quite a beautiful keyboard – but feels very uncommon (or I don’t know how to search for it).

It's stenotype. Keyboard layout for subtitles of TV. it's made for realtime imput so have only 10 keys and input with some combiantion of keys.
