I disagree to some extent. I feel like it can seem condescending if you want to write something serious/important, plus reusing “keep calm and X” in a trivial context seems a bit offensive given the historical origins of that phrase.
That makes sense to me, though I find those things to be strengths given my (potentially unique and weird) state of mind. The point of critique I'd offer is that it's long, which ends up being a bit distracting because it calls a lot of attention to itself.
Yes! I remember Dropbox Paper was aggressive about cute, wordy empty states at every occasion (incl. every new bullet point), and it was so distracting. I think they dialed it down a bit since.
