Might not be the kind of feedback you’re looking for, but I have found/heard starting a newsletter to be better at creating 1:1 connections, and Slack being better at general community feeling.

You were saying that you are frustrated when people ignore or criticize you. You just harshly criticized one specific point with “kind of tone deaf” (Jesus!) and ignored everything else. And you didn’t even link to the article you wrote.

The rich/yacht lens also feels pretty weird, because it has a heavy implication of being born into privilege, which… I don’t even know how that would apply to Twitter. Buying followers? (Which I haven’t done.)

And I do feel there must be indeed some resentment, since this is not the first time in the recent months you almost instinctively assumed the worst behind my intentions. So, best of luck with your journey, but I’m moving to the sidelines.
