Might not be the kind of feedback you’re looking for, but I have found/heard starting a newsletter to be better at creating 1:1 connections, and Slack being better at general community feeling.

You were saying that you are frustrated when people ignore or criticize you. You just harshly criticized one specific point with “kind of tone deaf” (Jesus!) and ignored everything else. And you didn’t even link to the article you wrote.

My newsletter brings me much more joy than Twitter and really helped me in sustaining my own energy and excitement about the (damn) book. It’s also an easier, more intimate way that allows to just ask for support.
