Am I the only one who doesn't love @slack's new logo? We put a man on the moon and my phone can think for me. Surely 11 colors are not too many for a tech unicorn to handle.

Yeah, the brand felt more powerful when many permutations of plaid + S + pink-skewed-multicolor could evoke it.

Yeah. But having been through a few, I suspect now rebrands are often internally motivated and their true stories never get told. What we see as visible artifacts is mostly post-rationalization.
