Just to be clear, the Ʌndərwʊd typewriter is a joke. Each letter is replaced with a similar IPA character. You can't even type /bit/ on it. For real examples see https://www.phon.ucl.ac.uk/home/wells/blog0811.htm … —look for "golfball" and "underwood" on that page.
