Records (with labels, even!) have been, as I’m sure you’re aware, undergoing a renaissance for about the last 15 years or so... nothing obsolete about ‘em.

Obsolete can also mean “outdated,” not just “unused.” Records might never again *not* be obsolete (and that’s okay), simply because they’re old.pic.twitter.com/ZZNSzSoHfr
