Well, we make the distinction between singles and albums or tracks and albums or EPs and albums. Shorter works and longer works made of shorter works. But that’s what I meant – the word transcended the physical medium to mean something more abstract, and even though there are again albums (new meaning) on albums (old meaning), the meaning is not reverting. :·)
