No and yes. Communication is difficult and expensive. So we must focus on communicating what matters. At some point, it no longer pays to do the communication. And, despite the best efforts of designer, many features cannot be self evident.

Yeah. I know it’s all shades of gray. I’m interested in more metrics or vocabulary around that. If you build something that’s useful but no one uses it, how can you justify building it? Those viral tweets indicate to me there’s a mismatch somewhere.
