Bullet points are so underrated. It's a shame that prose appears more "serious" a text artifact than a list; lists are so much easier to read, especially when you're trying to indicate that a set of things is alike!
I always wondered if PowerPoint was the point-and-shoot camera of bullet points – brought them closer to the masses, but also lowered their overall quality and changed perception. (The 1968 Mother Of All Demos has some nice examples of interactive multi-level bullet points.)
