Interesting that there are competing "resets". But people seem to be warming to the idea that browser defaults are better now than they were a decade ago.

Cowpaths are easier to pave than greenfields, or at least a bit less error prone. Having a solid set of what you would dream of would be a great beginning. Then a wcwg group (since css is still all w3c) could start to discuss potential standardization.
