2/ First thing to know is that your emoji keyboard doesn’t include every emoji in the Unicode emoji spec. Gendered emojis like

3/ Most likely your emoji keyboard doesn’t support the latest available emojis either (Emoji 11.0 as of June). https://Twitter.com ’s emoji picker is one of the only widely used emoji pickers with the most current support. Needless to say, new emojis aren’t heavily used, yet.
