Even better ; customer service rep says they can't find out anything about status : I'm not getting anything" the customer service rep says... they're escalating via a ticket... to fix 5 cell towers that are down in NYC...what is going on?

Question for : calls were dropping repeatedly in midtown manhattan yesterday and customer service says 5 cell towers are down in nyc and "they're working on them'; i've been on hold for 20 minutes trying to find out more... why are we paying a premium for vz again?
