Rojava doesn't have the resources to rebuild all of North East Syria *and* detain Daesh supporters en masse. The coalition gives bombs but refuses to demand an end to the blockade of Rojava by Syria, Turkey, and Iraq, impeding the reconstruction of cities like Raqqa and Kobani.
