Glad you'll correct it, IF it won't disturb the exhibit too much. Math isn't subjective. Museums are, apparently.

What the MOS says is not quiet correct. lowercase form (φ) = 1.618..is the Golden ratio. uppercase (\Phi) = 1/φ = 0.618..

As ratios both are OK, but mathematically and historically only (φ) = 1.618033988.. is considered as the Golden Ratio.
