Munira, anyone with any experience of running national operations knew that a centralised approach w/o empowered local resources would never work. Also that you pay a big fee for consultants to design solutions, not do the doing!
The Govt has spent £12bn on a Test & Trace system that clearly isn't working. Now we find out from @SkyNews that Ministers are spending £100,000s on consultants with little experience. An overhaul of Test & Trace is needed to make it locally led if we are to curb this viruspic.twitter.com/AQnox90jIO
