Asked PM re Test & Trace technical glitch that attributes positive cases of students to home address rather than uni address. A quarter of new Richmond cases are affected. Yep - course. It seems that area's where lots of 18 y olds go to uni are shown as having higher numbers than reality, which could mean being locked down without real cause/need
