The man was in handcuffs. What defense could this officer actually have?? BOTH officers had their hands in their pockets which would strongly convey they did not feel that they were in any danger. This officer should be charged with murder immediately!

This was so hard to watch. People kept pleading for that man’s life, yet that officer refused to get off his neck so that he could get proper oxygen. That loss of life is unnecessary, unbelievable, Unacceptable!

I’d like to see what happened before the recording so we can get the whole story. BUT, it does look like he is in custody. No need to have the knee in the back of his neck for that long period of time.

What could he have possibly done prior to the arrest that would justify kneeling on his neck while he’s handcuffed until he dies?
