Watch him closely and make sure he doesn't go into anaphylactic shock assuming he may have been stung. Dogs react differently than humans, it attacks the cardiovascular system and is usually fatal. Throw him a Benadryl if you have any doubts and rush him to the vet ASAP......
Just confirmed with @MaddieWAnderson that yes, shortly before a conference call with county legislatures and @EliseStefanik, my phone was not muted and several heard me yell at my dog to run away from a bee and then ask him if he got stung.

When mine was stung I called my vet he had me bring her in immediately for an epinephrine injection. She was definitely stung though on her nose.

This is perfectly acceptable behavior if you view your dog as a family member. If you are lucky enough to have a dog, they should always be viewed as a family member.
