Even if it was exceedingly rare for Ritalin to cause homicidal mania, we'd see 10X as many school shootings as we do already. That's how common Ritalin 'scrips are. North has been a spook/paid liar/agent provocateur/war criminal for decades. He's a perfect match for the NRA.
