Pundits and politicians who keep invoking "act of war," Pearl Harbor, and 9/11 act nonplussed when you suggest they seem to be advocating for armed conflict. What's *supposed* to be the inference here?

They have been taught for decades now that war is painless and cost free...at least for the vast majority of Americans. They also believe sanctions are a magical way for the US to impose its will on others. A rude awakening awaits them. Perhaps sooner than they believe.

that we should at a minimum re-institute conscription, cause these people are writing a lot of checks the overstretched American military can't cash

Well, Michael, if you had actually been fucking listening, you’d know that most people would prefer sanctions as a deterrent. But, of course you seem to think sanctions are simultaneously pointless and disproportionately punitive. PICK A SIDE ALREADY!!!

This is an interesting quote to hear now in context of your tweets - “For all the sins of the DC foreign policy establishment, they are very careful about what they say - and there are many situations that don’t happen due to the care they put in that.” Hm...

It tells me they're freaking out because the Russian collusion narrative is gone, so they're now trying to make Trump's reaction, or lack thereof, to the dastardly attack the impeachable offense.

They are expecting a response from our president. That doesn’t solely mean armed conflict. Now would be a great time to enforce the Russian sanctions and make an attempt at securing our elections. Doing nothing...that’s what Trump is doing and it is alarming.
