Maybe this is a dumb question, but: if The Memo contains misleading information and paints a false narrative (certainly possible) wouldn’t the proper course be to ... release the memo, so it can be publicly evaluated, and its misleading/false nature can be demonstrated?

A is a partisan document created to tell a story. It's not like they are seeking to release the whole FISA application. I am not sure it's being "concealed" as it's inasmuch as it's not being given the imprimatur of anything other than a partisan cherry-picking of intelligence.
