I have never heard of him, but based on your description he sounds awesome.
The death of Robert Parry leaves such a void for those who see the main function of journalism as challenging horde logic. Many posture as being committed to such, but parrot propaganda when it's politically convenient. Hence, he won't get the mainstream recognition he deserves.

Have seen this outfit cited quite a bit re: Russia. Supposing that you’re talking more about challenging media / state consensus than the masses. I think media consensus & how people think have more to do w/ consolidation, their own $ / state ties, SEO, vying for ad dollars.
