Halved, rolled in vegetable oil, and roasted in a pan, salt/pepper, and add a honey/balsalmic vinegar reduction. Really good stuff.

That’s wonderful! I love them. I eat it as a late night snack sometimes. Halved or quartered with oil & salt, broiled in a toaster oven. Everyone makes them wrong imho (overboils) so they become extremely sulfuric.

Preparing them like this is why I now love brussel sprouts after rejecting them for years (my 1st experience was eating them after they were boiled to shit as a child). Also, adding balsamic vinegar before roasting adds a depth of sweetness.
