Maybe so, but it's sort of irrelevant in terms of whether assigning collective demographic blame is warranted.

Further, "people who carry out mass shootings" is an exceptionally small statistical subgroup. Making extrapolations based on it is dubious.

Exactly -- which is also irrational and should be counteracted. Mimicking the bad behavior in relation to white men is not sensible.

Any major mass shooter is going to get extensive scrutiny so I don't think achieving parity is really an issue.
-
What's more an issue: people who rightly decry when animosity is stoked against Muslims use the very same tactics against other groups.

I don't see how making outlandish, unsubstantiated claims about white males is going to aid in improving how Americans perceive Muslims.

It's true that Muslims are scapegoated, but you can't counteract that by employing the same tactics against othershttps://twitter.com/lhfang/status/914941910149509120 …

But why employ the same cheap tactics that mirror the irrational response to violent acts carried out by Muslims?

The left really hate their fellow citizens in the right more then they hate people who really want them dead. How sick is that?

That's all the progressive left can do anymore. Emulate the far-right in the style of their hatred. And you wonder why they dont go anywhere
