Not arguing otherwise. Simply pointing out that employers using off-hours political speech as the basis for termination raises issues.

Public campaigns against workers for advocating BLM, pro-Palestine, etc. can and will happen if we accept this principle without reflection.

If these guys had worked government jobs, firing them due to their legal political speech would've been vastly more difficult.
