I think workers deserve maximum protections. That's my position. Not really interested in advising employers on how to manage their PR.
So what happens when there are boycotts of the company because they employ a Nazi but suddenly it's illegal to fire them for being a Nazi?
Or when their other employees refuse to work with a white supremacist and quit in protest?
Workers protections come with responsibilities too and taking part in something as vile as this is pretty hard to ignore has ripple effect
it's peculiar & insightful that when Black workers & real workplace racism is mentioned you don't have anything to say about it
Especially Nazis that work in industries serving food. Worst case, they would defile the food served to those they don't like.
